There are a grouping of sounds or a sound with a pre-determined tone and vibrance that will help with the breathing and relaxation techniques in Kundalini yoga.
By paying attention to their bodies and their new strength, students are encouraged to gain strength and find more self-confidence through the breathing activities and meditation techniques of Kundalini yoga. The balanced development of Kundalini yoga is slow, but graceful, yielding benefits over time.
