Muscle Gaining Secrets and Jason Ferruggia
If you are looking to build quality muscle mass it is a lot easier to do when you have the correct information in front of you. With the correct information at your finger tips, you’ll have the knowledge to increase your muscle mass much quicker than you ever thought possible.
If you are ready to throw in the towel when it comes to your present muscle gain, I sympathize with you, and I understand exactly what you are going through. I was pounding the weights for many years before I finally discovered the correct way to gain muscle mass.
This is when I discovered a gentleman by the name of Jason Ferruggia. He has dedicated more than 18 years muscle building including 14 years as an expert instructor. He is a professional strength & conditioning coach, trainer, lecturer and consultant. He has been featured in a lot of magazines such as Men’s Fitness, Men’s Health and Maximum Fitness.
The Following are a couple of weight lifting tips that I’ve learned from Jason. I’ve personally found these techniques to be extremely effective in building solid muscle and adding a lot of strength in as short a time as possible.
Do each exercise to fatigue utilizing the proper weight for 3 sets of 8-10 repetitions. Free weights will give more gains than workout machines, but they do require more attention to form.
Your muscles will never grow at the proper rate if you don’t allow enough recovery time in between workout sessions. If your starting to find that you can’t lift slightly more weight each week, you’ll need to check your methods of recovery. Always allow your muscles enough recovery time so they will be able to keep growing.
Be sure to set some goals for yourself. Ask yourself what you would like to accomplish. In six months to a year, what would you like to see your body look like? Is gaining strength for sports the reason you want to lift weights? Do you want to lift weights to look good at the beach? Are you lifting weights to get stronger? You will have tremendous motivation to continue lifting weights once you have discovered why you want to lift weights.
