The body can be exposed to toxins in several ways. Toxins come from the environment like pollution and chemicals from the air, water and food. There are also toxins that are made inside your body. Carbon dioxide is one form of an outside toxin. This is created when people exhale so it is important to get fresh air, especially when you are in a closed room like when you sleep. Another important factor is sunlight. It is good for the body to get some sunlight everyday.

Water is extremely important for the body, especially during a full body cleanse. This can come from drinking a lot of liquids and also food that contain water. Vegetables and fruit are very good sources of water and they are also easy for the digestive system.

During a cleanse, you want to help your digestive system as much as possible and so should avoid foods that are hard to digest. These foods are usually the kind that most people enjoy eating. It will be easier to avoid these foods if you slowly wean yourself off rather than stop altogether. Another way to help the digestive system is by blending your food. Some days of the diet you can blend fruit and vegetables into juices and only drink juices for the entire day.

Fruits and vegetables should be eaten raw. Avocados are recommended because they contain a lot of healthy fatty acids that will keep you satisfied until the next meal. Salads with a lot of different vegetables are good to eat. For a dressing, it is recommended that you use extra virgin olive oil.

A body cleanse can last however long you want. Some people go on for a few days, while others go on for weeks and months. When it is time for you to end the full body cleanse, other kinds of foods should slowly be reintroduced to your diet.
