The best “medicine” for creating health is to stop a problem before it starts. Make wise diet choices, exercise and spend time outside. This may keep a lot of health problems from beginning in the first place. If something should happen, look at what you can change to create a healthier lifestyle. Do you need to add foods to your diet? So many people focus on dieting and taking bad foods out of your diet that few people realize there may be foods missing.

Sometimes just by adding a specific vitamin or mineral found in a certain food can make a significant difference in your health. In many cases, the right food can cure your medical problems. Eating the right foods may mean never needed to deal with the expense or side effects of drugs. As often as you can, make natural decisions and allow your body to heal itself.
