How do you take care of your hair? Does it have body and shine? Or looks lank and greasy? In fact, there are so many things nature has in stock for you to make your hair look shiny and healthy. All you need is to know what herbs to use to make it look like on TV.

If your hair is blond you need to use the chamomile decoction to rinse your hair after shampoo. It is usually one spoonful of dried chamomile blossoms per 3 liters of boiling water. Leave your decoction boiling for 3 minutes, leave to cool and then use it for rinsing your hair. Not only will chamomile help the problem of hair loss but also add color to blond hair.
In case your hair is brunette, the advice is to rinse your hair with the decoction of fresh Circassian walnut leaves or if out of season in onion husk decoction. Boil 6-8 Circassian walnut leaves or the husk of up to 5 onions in 5 liters of water, then cool and rinse your hair after having washed it.

If you have dandruff you need to rinse your hair in stinging nettle decoction. The recipe is simple: 2 tablespoonfuls of nettle should be boiled in 3 liters of water. If you rinse your hair for approximately a week you will notice that your dandruff is fully gone.

There is also a number of recipes to help those whose hair if falling out. They will not make your hair grow if you are going bald, but will stop the process of falling. The first recipe: 50 grams of dried hop blossoms boil in one liter of water. The second recipe: 50 grams of calendula blossoms should be boiled in one liter of water for 10 minutes. The third recipe: 50 grams of burdock root should be boiled for 10 minutes in two liters of water. Each of these recipes should be used for rinsing your hair every time you have washed your hair.

To improve your hair growth you need to follow a few more recipes. First of all, you may buy in your local pharmacy a bottle of burdock oil. It should be applied on your skull every time half an hour before you wash your hair. The results are visible in about a week. You really see your hair growing faster. Secondly, you may make the following tincture that should also be applied on your skull half an hour before you wash your hair. Mix 1/10 of red hot chili pepper with 9/10 of ethyl alcohol in a glass. Let it stay in the fridge for 6-7 days. Then apply on a cotton wool and rub into your skull. Rubbing massage plus the tincture help your hair growth.
