Chronic fatigue syndrome is a condition which affects the recovery of person after a physical or mental activity. Usually after tiring one’s self, a person need a few hours or a day of rest to get back to normal. In addition to severe fatigue the person may also have symptoms such as an impaired memory or reduced attentiveness, a sore throat, feel muscle pain, get new headaches, not be able to have a refreshing sleep or have post-exceptional malaise which would last more than a day.

Individual treatment of the patients symptoms can improve his/her quality of life and make it possible for the person to cope with the chronic fatigue syndrome and live a relatively normal life.
