Lose more when you eat less – So they don’t deposit fats into their body, people start to eat less. You’ll obviously lose weight if you starve yourself, but crash diets aren’t healthy for your body. Instead of doing that you should just not eat foods high in fat and instead, eat foods that barely have any in them.
