Not all diseases are caused by the outside forces or the external cues. Some diseases occurs within our comfort zone, the thing that we call our own; our body. Some of them show up without signs and symptoms. One moment, a person was perfectly healthy, the next minute, that same person could be rushed in the hospital. The sad part is when a person was always healthy then starts having problems that can’t be diagnosed. No known abnormalities in his or her body, lab test results are normal and show no disease, and yet would end up with an unpleasant diagnosis that would affect not just their lives but their families as well.

Who are the possible recipient of this disease? What are the remedies available to fight this illness? How can Multiple Sclerosis affect the normal activities of daily living of its victim?
Multiple Sclerosis is a illness in which the body’s immune system attacks the normal tissues of the central nervous system (composes of the brain and spinal cord). Studies show that females are more prone to become a vivtim of MS than men. The cause of this illness remaines unknown, although some people believed that genetics has something to do with this. Others think that environment contributes in forming this disease. Based on the survery, people believed that panic attacks, anxiety and the like are early symptoms of this disease. One has difficulty in breathing and got twitches could be warning signs of MS. Another person may complain of weird tension at the base of his skull. But then again, a simple tingling sensation in a right foot can be a possible early sign of having this disease or nothing at all. Limping or stumbling when doing some walking or jogging exercise are also possible signs. A person will then feel a stabbing pain in the upper extremities.
A patient diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis symptoms revealed that after the initial diagnosis, symptoms disappeared for a period of time. This is another reason why patients in early stages should observe and wait for changes of their symptoms before their doctors can understand their cases. This unusual absence and reappearance of these symptoms makes the disease furstrating for most patients.
Diagnosed patients with Multiple Sclerosis are able to live thier lives normally. The beginning will always be rough especially when fear would prevail. However, due to the advancement of technology, new treatments, new discoveries, and new research. Even the most complicated disease can be cured or kept under control now. If a certain individual diagnosed with this disease feels they can not perform the activities that they used to do, then a lifestyle change may be necessary. But if the patient thinks they can continue normally, then that particular person might continue to do so for a very long time . As already mentioned this disease is different for each individual.
