Maintaining our teeth is an extremely important part of our daily hygiene routine. There are many people that are guilty of thinking that by using large amounts of force they are doing a better job brushing. In fact brushing too hard on your teeth and gums is really quite horrible for your gums and teeth. It’s also important to choose a good toothpaste. You can choose from many, from cavity protection, to whitening teeth, to total care.
