Sleeping is not just another activity. According to science, it is one of the most significant bodily activities that help you keep fit, both physically and mentally. The problem of itching or strange sensations in your legs, keeping you from falling asleep, is known as restless leg syndrome. A central nervous system disorder, in which you feel like moving or jumping due to very stressful sensations that run through the nerves in your legs. This sleep disorder currently has no cure but with the help of a doctor, sufferers can somewhat control the condition.

Sleep apnea is a common disorder where your breathing will pause or become shallow. When breathing does resume, it usually starts with a choking sound or loud snort. Sleep Apnea is the number one cause of daytime sleepiness, due to the poor quality of sleep that occurs. A variety of treatments are available if you suffer from sleep apnea.
