Panic Attacks Causes – What They Are And How To Combat Them
What causes your anxiety attacks? Anxiety can be caused by a number of different triggers. In your case, you might not even know.
A junction in town, while she drove, triggered my wife’s attacks. Every time she stopped at that junction, it hit her. In mere seconds she was shaking like a leaf and struggling to breath.
Literally anything could be causing your panic attacks. I reckon it’ll be a very similar thing time after time. Could be stuck in traffic. Doesn’t matter where. Just traffic.
Your panic attacks causes may be totally unknown to you. It will help to identify them though. It can help enormously in combating the symptoms.
Spotting your trigger can be really helpful. When you get to the stage where you are in much better control. You can use the trigger to sort of test how well you are doing.
