5. Sit up straight, hang loose your jaw and push the bottom part outwards till you feel the stretch. Hold the position for 10 seconds. Do 10 reps everyday.
6. Push your tongue up on the roof of your mouth and hold the position as long as you can. Do 10 reps daily.
