You can have the drive and passion but you do need the perseverance to see the whole studying element of the training through. Without all that you might as well not waste your money. It takes a certain type of personality to truly get certified as a fitness trainer and that means you have to have self-motivation as well as the ability to motivate other people, which can be hard. In a way you will have to make people believe in themselves so that they to can see that they can do this.
